The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G is one of the most anticipated smartphones of the second half of 2021, being the most affordable version of Samsung’s high-end lineup.
Several rumors had been revealing the details about the new smartphone, but a new leak of information confirms the processor, the screen resolution and one of the memory options.
Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G will be powered by Snapdragon 888
The information leak comes through the Google Play Console, with a listing for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. According to Google, the new Samsung will hit the market with Snapdragon 888, Qualcomm’s top-of-the-range processor for 2021 and which equips the remaining Galaxy S21 versions in the South Korean, Chinese and North American markets.
As the Galaxy S20 FE 5G, also the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G should bring the same processor for all regions, which will give you some advantage over the European version of the Galaxy S21.
The listing of Google Play Console also reveals that the new smartphone will have a screen with 1080 x 2009 px resolution, although this information may not be accurate, as it is expected that, at a time, the Galaxy S21 FE has 2340 pixels, just like the Galaxy S21 and S21+.
Finally, the latest data revealed relate to the option of 6GB of RAM and the operating system version, which will be Android 11.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 5G still has no official release date, and its presentation is expected to take place in the month of October, like its predecessor. Until then, several rumors and leaks of information should continue to detail Samsung’s new proposal.
