Apple iPhone 13 is going to be Bigger and coming with more Features than before. When it comes to iPhone this year, Apple iPhone 12, iPhone 12, mini iPhone, 12 pro and iPhone 12 pro max, it appears that apple has sold a huge amount of them. 100 million of them. The last time they sold this amount in a Supercycle was with the iPhone 6 redesign. So when they redesigned it from the iPhone 5 and 5S to this more curved design, a ton of people rushed out to buy the latest phone.
Now that we’ve switched back to the squared off design, it seems that people rushed out to buy this phone. They were waiting for this sort of design, where it was a major change as opposed to the curved edges of the Apple iPhone, 10 or iPhone 11, for example. So it looks like they’re selling a ton of these. Now. They’ll probably slow down a little bit with the upcoming Apple iPhone 13 design. And that seems to make sense.
2021 iPhone Rumored to Be Named ‘iPhone 13’
And speaking of iPhone 13, apparently apple has decided that the name is going to be Apple iPhone 13, despite people being suspicious or superstitious of the word 13, or the number 13 Triscuit acrophobia, it appears that Apple is going to use that name anyway, according to internal sources.
So it seems like Apple iPhone 13, it is instead of 12 S or 2021 iPhone. Of course, we won’t know that until we have the event later in September, where they talk about that, but it seems like that’s going to be the name. They can change it at any time, though, if they want to. And apple has begun production on the upcoming iPhones.
Apple iPhone 13 Design & Features
Some day ago we showed these off as far as the dummy units, or these are sort of the models. And this gives us an idea of what the iPhone 13 could look like with the horizontal or diagonal cameras rather. And with these cameras, it seems like this is what it’s going to look like in upcoming version. So when we see this in September, the Apple iPhone 13 mini and the iPhone 13 should have this diagonal camera, if these are correct, generally, these are correct.
Apple’s are making million of phones to get them ready to ship around the world. That’s pretty typical of what we see. And also, as I’ve talked about in the previous post, there will a smaller notch. They’ve rearranged the camera. The earpiece is a little bit different and it should have 120 Hertz promotion display.
And possibly in some models, this keeps going back and forth with an under the display fingerprint sensor. This is something I would love to see. I know a lot of people prefer touch ID, whether or not they would have it on the power button or under the display is hard to say some other sources are saying an iPhone SE that’s updated, we’ll have it under the power button. So either way I would love to see them bring touch ID back.
And we could see that now also, according to Max Weinbach and Everything Apple Pro they’ve said that there’s going to be a larger charging coil underneath on the Apple iPhone 13 series that could allow for faster charging and also reverse wireless charging. We’ve seen this on some Samsung phones where you could charge your AirPods for example, and reverse wireless, charge them.
And it’s nice to have around in case you don’t have something to plug these into, or you can only charge your iPhone at once and put the air pods on the back. It’s just convenient to have, although it’s not something to use all the time for many people it’s nice to have, and I would love to see them add this. So maybe we’ll see that with the upcoming version.
Also, we know that the Apple iPhone 13 is going to get millimeter wave in more countries and they’re going to enhance it. So it seems like this year, instead of being limited to some countries like the United States, for example, the millimeter wave antenna is said to be releasing to more countries. So you’ll have that option. As millimeter wave is rolling out with 5g. It makes more sense that they’ll bring it to more countries now that it’s becoming more widely available. So that makes a lot of sense.
Also, we’ll see portrait video mode and at least the pro models. We’ve seen this a little bit with FaceTime and iOS 15, where you can have portrait video modes, depending on the phone you have with the correct processor. So as long as you have an eight, A12 bionic or newer, you should be able to do that.
If you want to record maybe a vlog of yourself using your iPhone with the camera, you’ll be able to do that with a portrait mode. So it will blur the background like you would expect in real-time, it’s doing it with the photo. Now, why not just record video when it’s doing it as well? So that makes a lot of sense.
Apple iPhone 13 Release Date
And then finally expect this to launch or the iPhone 13 series to launch in September or October. Some people are saying the event could be later in September, which would usually give this an October timeframe, or we could see it at the beginning of September and have it launched later in September.
So depending on what Apple’s doing this year with the supply chain and the constraints are how, how readily available they’ll have the phones this year. We could see them in either of those months or they could stagger it this year, like they did previously. So that would make sense as well.
Apple iPhone 13 Full Specification
We’re now going to run through the specs, design and the expected pricing for the whole of the iPhone 13 Series.
Apple iPhone 13
The iPhone 13 is going to have a 6.1 inch OLED display with a resolution of around 2532 by 1170 giving us 460 Pixels per inch. We only get a 60 hertz display and no LTPO technology but we do get a reduced notch up top.
We expect 4GB of RAM along with a choice of 64GB, 128GB or 256GB storage and the iPhone 13 is gonna have an aluminium frame.
We’re expecting a 12 megapixel wide angle and a 12 megapixel ultrawide giving us a dual camera setup and the iPhone will of course ship with IOS 15.
For the 64GB model it’s expected to be 800$, for the 128GB it’s 850$ and for the 256GB it’s 949$.
Apple iPhone 13 Mini
Although there were low sales on the predecessor reports suggest that we’re still going to see an iPhone 13 mini but it may be the last time. The Apple iPhone 13 mini is a 5.4 inch phone with an OLED super Retina display. It’s expected to have a resolution of 2340 by 1080 and this will give us 465 pixels per inch. We only get a 60 hertz display on the mini but we still get a thinner notch with the cool speaker move to the top.
Apple continues to prove that huge amounts of ram are just not required. It should be equipped with four gigs of RAM and a choice of 64GB, 128GB or 256GB storage.
We’re expecting another aluminium frame to reduce cost but the body will look similar to that of the pros.
We also get the selfie camera on the front and the iPhone 13 mini comes with a dual camera setup on the Rear. This can be a 12 megapixel wide angle and a 12 megapixel ultrawide and the layout has changed slightly with the lenses now diagonal to each other and it will of course ship with IOS 15.
The 4GB RAM with 64GB storage it’s likely launching at a price of 700$, for 128GB it’s gonna be around 750$ and for 256GB it will be around 850$.
Apple iPhone 13 Pro
The iPhone 13 pro coming with some big improvements over the predecessor. The iPhone 13 pro is expected to come with a 6.1 inch OLED display with a resolution of 2532 by 1170 and this gives us 460 Pixels per inch.
It’s not only going to be brighter but it’s also going to be using LTPO technology and provide us with a 120 hertz variable refresh rate and it’s still going to be capable of 120 hertz at its full resolution.
The A15 is more than capable with iOS so we expect them to stay with six gigs of ram and it’s going to come with a choice of 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and maybe even one terabytes of storage.
Because this is the more premium model we’re expecting a still frame on the iPhone 13 Pro and of course we’re getting a Quad camera setup. This is going to be a 12 megapixel wide angle, a 12 megapixel ultra wide, a 12 megapixel telephoto and of course the additional LiDar scanner. The phone will of course ship with IOS 15.
When it comes to pricing we expect some small price increases with the new display technology. So we’re estimating for 128GB it’s gonna be 1050$, for 256GB it’s gonna be 1150$, for 512GB it’s gonna be 1350$ and if there is a 1TB version it’s likely to be around 1500$.
Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max
The iPhone 13 Pro Max is coming with a 6.7 inch OLED display with a resolution of 2278 by 1128 giving us 458 Pixels per inch. Again it’s going to be a brighter display using ltpo technology and provide us with 120 hertz variable refresh rate at its full resolution.
We can expect 6GB of RAM, a choice of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage and if the leaks are true then we could see 1TB storage.
Because this is the most premium model we expect another steel frame on the iPhone 13 Pro Max and we’re also getting a Quad camera setup. Again it’s going to be a 12 Megapixel wide angle, 12 Megapixel ultra wide and a 12 Megapixel telephoto along with the additional LiDar sensor. The phone will of course ship with IOS 15.
For 128GB it’s likely to be around 1150$, for 256GB it’s going to be 1250$, for 512GB it could be around 1450$ and if 1TB happens we could see something huge like 1600$.
Apple iPhone 13 Release Date
The launch is expected to be in September and although there have been many delays across the industry this year, reports suggest the iPhone 13 is not affected. While no date has been confirmed yet it’s likely to be the 14th of September. So it’s not too much longer to wait.
